How do we obtain a peace treaty for the First and the Second World War?

Perhaps we should first recognize that there is only one world war. Wikipedia writes the following.

Quote: "On the morning of 11 November 1918, in a railway carriage in the Forest of Compiègne, the Armistice Agreement was signed, which in practice ended the more than four-year-long First World War. At 11:00 the armistice came into force." End of quote.

Unfortunately, they tell only half the truth. How can an armistice without a peace treaty end a war? It remains an armistice that could be broken by the Allies at any time.

How did the war end in 1945?

Quote: "In May 1945 in Reims, at the headquarters of General Dwight D. Eisenhower, Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe, the unconditional surrender of the German Wehrmacht was signed. It came into effect on 8 May 1945 at 23:00." End of quote.

Foundation of the FRG

With the signing of the Basic Law in Bonn, the Federal Republic of Germany was founded on 23 May 1949.

Foundation of the GDR

After the founding of the Federal Republic in May 1949, the Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin had things move quickly. On orders from Moscow, the German People's Council, a pseudo-democratic provisional parliament, declared itself the Provisional People's Chamber and on 7 October 1949 proclaimed the German Democratic Republic.

Who can now sign a peace treaty for the Second World War? The FRG? The GDR? "Germany" since 1990?

No, neither, because the FRG has not officially assumed the legal succession of the Weimar Republic. Why not that of the Greater German Reich under Hitler? Because the Greater German Reich under Hitler was nothing. It was neither a state nor a republic. It was self-empowerment and the continuation of the Weimar Republic, as can be seen from the fact that A.H. repeatedly referred to laws and the constitution of the Weimar Republic.

If the FRG wanted to sign a peace treaty for the Second World War, it would have to officially assume the legal succession of the Weimar Republic. And even then we would not be free people, since the Allies as well as the FRG are not sovereign states and operate under maritime (commercial) law, and all countries worldwide are subject to Vatican law.

If it were now to assume the legal succession of the Weimar Republic and sign a peace treaty with the Allies, it would be a commercial contract. How do we obtain a peace treaty for the First World War or better said, for the world war?

Note: How do we obtain a peace treaty for the world war? This is stated with 100% clarity in Article 11 of the 1871 Constitution.
